Before you let your tenant stay or move in, you have to make sure that the electricians have already checked if there are no open wires or circuits that can pose a risk to us. Moreover, you have to make sure that all the wirings are new to prevent grounding.

Fire accidents are one of the most common accidents most people experience. That means they don't have enough knowledge and fire equipment to prevent the fire from getting bigger. Of course, this is also one of the responsibilities landlords should not miss having. When we talk about fire safety, you have to make sure that you have fire extinguishers, fire exits, and other materials that can prevent fire. Moreover, to ensure that the place is safe for your tenants to live, as the landlord, you also have to make sure that the house itself is safe enough that follows the guidelines for safety measures.
5. Gas safety

Although landlords may sometimes be busy, it doesn't give you the reasons as to why you cannot check the gas level of the place from time to time. Of course, gas is one of the things that is dangerous to our health. Your tenants can be suffocated when they inhaled gas on the place. Basically, landlords are required to maintain an adequate level of gas safety at all times. Moreover, this also includes gas fitting, flues, and chimneys well maintained.
Well, these five safety requirements are the primary ones. But it is the most important thing that you need to remember for you to prevent any accidents, especially with your tenants. Moreover, you will have no problem at all when you try to ensure all the things before you let your tenant move in to ensure everybody's safety.
